| STORY OF THE DAVE'S DOUBLE DELIGHT My husband Dave is an avid gardener and loves growing fragrant roses. Double delight was one of his first roses that he planted for me to enjoy and guarantee that I had flowers all summer long. This was my first attempt at using Windsor Red and "bleeding" it into the yellow. What a challenge! After this piece I painted the ballerina piece and was not quite so fearful of using this "non forgiving" red paint. |
